Sarah Guerrero is an experienced professional in maritime operations and training management, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Accident Prevention at the Pacific Maritime Association since July 2019. In this role, Sarah oversees a team responsible for program management, training initiatives, and site management while performing staffing functions. Prior to this position, Sarah held roles as a Senior Training and Accident Prevention Supervisor and a Training and Accident Prevention Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing training programs for various equipment and ensuring the quality of training for terminal operators. Additional experience includes serving as a Container Operations Supervisor at Matson, Inc., and an Ocean Carrier Specialist at GLOVIS America, Inc., with earlier experience as an Office Assistant at the California Maritime Academy. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies and Maritime Affairs from the California State University Maritime Academy.
