Paul Montano has extensive experience in both pastoral and technical roles. As an Associate Pastor at Crossroads Church Long Beach since January 1998, Paul has dedicated over two decades to community leadership and spiritual guidance. Simultaneously, Paul has been an ILWU Worker for the Pacific Maritime Association since June 1997. Earlier in the career, from January 1999 to May 2005, Paul served as a Senior Tech Analyst at CSC. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 1997 and 2001 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Theology at Vanguard University of Southern California.
