George Holland is an accomplished operations and project manager with extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Pacific Marine Group since April 2020, George previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Torres Strait Island Regional Council. With a solid foundation in project management from earlier roles at Pacific Marine Group and Mineforce Australia, George has successfully led significant projects such as the Cleveland Bay Ocean Outfall Pipeline and has been instrumental in strategic planning and resource consolidation during challenging market conditions. Additional experience includes senior engineering roles at Monadelphous and Xstrata, with a strong academic background in Civil Engineering from James Cook University.
