Kim Nho Nguyen has extensive experience in program management and coordination at Pacific Links Foundation, beginning as a part-time assistant and progressing to Program Manager. In the current role since March 2014, Kim Nho Nguyen oversees the Girls Empowerment Mekong Scholarship (GEMS) program, managing relationships with over 300 scholarship recipients and their educational institutions, organizing large-scale annual summer camps, and liaising with experts for student presentations. Previous roles included managing scholarship recipient relationships for GEMS and the Academic Scholarships Program, facilitating logistical support for program activities, and assisting in data management and implementation tasks. Kim Nho Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Vietnam National University HCMC An Giang University.
