Diep N. Vuong is the President and Co-Founder of the Pacific Links Foundation, a role held since April 2001, where leadership focuses on empowering women and youth through grassroots programs aimed at schools, factories, and communities. Previous experience includes positions as Program Monitor for the County of Santa Clara, Program Director at East Meets West Foundation, Business Metrics Manager at Adaptec, Micro-credit Program Manager at Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC), Resident Coordinator at The World Bank, and Urban Planner/Economist at Myra L. Frank & Associates. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Public Administration specializing in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation from San Jose State University.
