Diep N. Vuong is the President and Co-Founder of the Pacific Links Foundation, a role held since April 2001, where leadership focuses on empowering women and youth through grassroots programs aimed at schools, factories, and communities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Public Administration specializing in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation from San Jose State University.
