Zachary Miller has extensive experience in audio-visual operations and engineering support, currently serving as Engineering Operations Lead at Pacific Life since July 2018, while also holding the position of Desktop Support Specialist II. Prior to this role, Miller worked at Conference Technologies as a Live Events Coordinator from January 2013 to July 2018, focusing on the coordination and technical execution of audio-visual equipment for various events. From February 2006 to January 2013, Miller was the Lead AV Technician at Pratt Audio Visual, responsible for the setup and teardown of audio-visual services based on client specifications. Earlier career experience includes a role in shipping and receiving at Home Prescription Service, where medication delivery to retirement homes in Omaha was managed. Miller earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, graduating in 2005, and completed secondary education at Westside High School in 2000.
