Strider Murphy has extensive work experience in business development, recruitment, and healthcare. Strider began their career as a Medical Technician in the United States Air Force, serving in various roles for five years. Strider then transitioned into the corporate sector, working as a Loan Officer at LendingTree before joining Pacific Companies as a Physician Recruiter. Over the years, they held leadership positions at Fidelis Partners, LLC and Curative, focusing on business development. Currently, they serve as the Regional Vice President of Business Development at Pacific Companies.

Strider Murphy attended Soldotna High School from 1987 to 1991. Strider then studied Business/Commerce at Chaffey College until 1998.
