Michelle Ortiz is an experienced sales and account management professional with a strong background in the hospitality and health benefits sectors. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as an Account Manager for Individual Plans at Pacific Blue Cross, Michelle plays a key role in the leading not-for-profit health benefits provider in British Columbia. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa as a Senior Sales Manager, Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites as a Senior Sales Executive, and various roles in sales and business development across multiple organizations, including Kiwi Collection, AEC Property Tax, and Regus. Michelle holds a degree from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 1992 and 1997, and is known for a passion for improvements and achieving results.
