Navin Singh's work experience includes serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at CCSI - Contemporary Computer Services, Inc. as a Systems Engineer from August 2011 to July 2020. Navin also served as a Senior Field Engineer at MSEDP from October 2005 to August 2011.

Navin Singh's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at CUNY New York City College of Technology. Navin studied Electrical Engineering there until 1999, but did not obtain a degree. Afterward, their educational path is unclear as there is no information on the duration or completion of their studies at Berkeley College and Netcom InfoTech.

However, in addition to their education, Singh has obtained various certifications from Microsoft. In 2005, they achieved the MCSA1: Windows Server 2003 certification. Later, in 2013, they obtained the MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration certification. In 2015, Singh achieved the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification. Navin also received the MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification in 2017.

More recently, Singh obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft in 2020 and 2021. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, which they achieved in December 2020. In March 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer certification, and in January 2020, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator certification. The most recent certifications they obtained were both the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, which they achieved in May 2021.
