Director, Learning And Engagement at Pacific Blue Cross

Mary Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Mary has held various roles in different companies, including Pacific Blue Cross, Langara College, M-squared Learning, BC Liquor Distribution Branch, Luxottica Group, LensCrafters, and Luxottica Retail.

At Pacific Blue Cross, Mary has worked as the Director of Learning and Engagement since March 2021. Mary Martin (she/her) has a diverse education history that spans several years. Mary'seducational background includes a Certificate in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 2022 to 2024. Mary also earned an UBC Award of Achievement in D&I from the same institution, completing it in 2023. Mary pursued further education at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, where they obtained the Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional certification in 2021. Mary also engaged in a program at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion focused on IDEA in 2022.
