Geoff Knight, CAIP, serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Research & Product Analytics at Pacific Blue Cross since April 2018, where responsibilities include supporting internal stakeholders through market research, competitive intelligence, and product analytics to enhance health and wellbeing for British Columbians. Prior to this, Geoff worked at Vancity from October 2011 to April 2018 as a Research Consultant, leading diverse research projects and overseeing post-transactional surveys across numerous branches. Geoff also gained experience as a Research Manager at ConsumerScan International, managing research designs and client reporting, and as a Market Research Analyst at Intrawest, focusing on customer satisfaction for multiple resort locations. Educationally, Geoff holds a BComm in Marketing Informatics from Dalhousie University, completed in 2004.
