Ilan Scharf is a partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, where since December 2003, Ilan has represented various stakeholders in business reorganizations and related litigation, including debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, and equity holders. Prior to this role, Ilan served as an associate at Fried Frank from September 2002 to December 2003, and as a law clerk in the Chambers of the Honorable Robert E. Gerber from September 2001 to September 2002. Ilan holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania (1998-2001) and a BA in Political Science and Business Administration from Yeshiva University (1995-1998), complemented by an education at Hebrew Academy from 1990 to 1994.
