Naomi Curland is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in sustainability, animation, and education. Currently serving as the Recorder for the Colorado Composting Council at Recycle Colorado since December 2021, Naomi also holds the position of Executive Director at Longmont Food Rescue and Board Chair at Sustainable Resilient Longmont, both since March 2020. Additionally, Naomi has been involved with Colorado EcoWomen as Board Treasurer and Secretary since March 2020 and has facilitated programs for Pachamama Alliance since 2013. Between 2009 and 2019, Naomi worked as a freelance animator and graphic designer, collaborated with Art Without Boundaries as an art instructor, and held various animation roles at companies such as Titmouse and Rubber Chicken Cards. Educational background includes degrees from Santa Monica College, University of Minnesota, and University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on Architecture, Special Education, and French.
