Aryeh Shell is an accomplished director with extensive experience in community engagement and climate action. Currently serving as the Climate Action Training and Community Engagement Director at Pachamama Alliance since February 2023, Aryeh leads the development of Community Climate Action Training and a global network of climate justice activists. Previously, as the Director of Education and Training at Creative Action Institute, Aryeh implemented innovative training programs focused on conservation, health, human rights, and social change, including the East African Girls Leadership Summit. Aryeh has also contributed to various organizations as a curriculum designer, facilitator, and equity consultant, working on multiple DEI initiatives and leadership training programs. Aryeh's foundational work includes serving as the Director of Cultural Activism and Community Engagement at Somos Mayfair, and founding The Herstories Project, which focused on multicultural women's oral history and theater. Aryeh holds degrees in International Relations, Education, and Psychology.
