Anabel De La Rosa is an experienced restaurant manager currently serving as the General Manager at Pacha Group since March 2023. With a diverse background in the hospitality sector, Anabel has held various leadership positions, including Restaurant Manager at Island Hospitality and ZUMA Restaurants, and Operations Director at ROTO. Anabel has also contributed to the restaurant management teams at Sport Hotels Resort & Spa, HEART IBIZA, and Grupo Iglesias - ElBarri Tickets. Anabel's educational qualifications include a WSET LEVEL 2 certification obtained in 2017 and ongoing studies for WSET LEVEL 3, alongside a Licenciatura in Relaciones Públicas y Protocolo from CEADE.
