Kalai Brightley-Hodges has held various roles in membership services, client relations, and marketing throughout her career. She currently serves as the Head of Membership and Marketing at PACEY. Prior to this, she worked as the Senior Loyalty Manager at the Royal Academy of Arts. Kalai Brightley-Hodges is a graduate of The Open University with a BA (Honours) in English Literature and attended Maidstone girls Grammar School.
