Tresa Green, MA, SCLA, currently serves as a Litigation Specialist at Pacesetter Claims Service, Inc. since May 2023, focusing on insurance litigation. Prior to this role, Tresa held various positions at GEICO for nearly 25 years, including Claims Manager/Litigation, where responsibilities involved directing a team in claims case management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Tresa’s career progressed from Claims Cashier to Total Loss/Salvage Clerk, and ultimately to Claims Supervisor, evidencing a strong background in handling diverse claims, personal injury protection, and litigation processes. Tresa holds a Master of Arts Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
