Kelly Smoot is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance claims industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Pacesetter Claims Service, Inc. since May 2023, Kelly previously held the role of CEO/President at ONE CALL CLAIMS LLC from February 2012 to May 2023, overseeing a nationwide full-service insurance claims operation. Prior to this, Kelly was a Partner and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Pacesetter Claims Service from January 2001 to December 2010, and held a managerial position at Pilot Catastrophe Service from 1984 to 2000.
