Michael Lake has an extensive work history in sports and entertainment, starting in 2001 with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Michael held various roles in corporate partnership sales and sponsor sales activation. Most recently, they served as Committee Lead for the NBA All-Star 2024 event.

Michael Lake earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Indiana University Bloomington in 2001. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Dwenger High School from 1994 to 1997.
