Jennifer Spray has over two decades of experience in the field of IT support and technology management. Jennifer began their career at Sennheiser in 2001 as a Systems Analyst, where they managed technical projects and implemented technology policies. Jennifer then moved on to Intel Corporation in 2007 as a consultant for Oregon Server Operations. Jennifer joined Pacers Sports & Entertainment in 2008 as an IT Helpdesk Administrator before advancing to the role of IT Helpdesk Manager, where they managed help desk support and event IT needs. Jennifer later transitioned to Sr. IT Engineer, overseeing helpdesk management, incident reporting, telecommunications, and technology training. In 2021, they became the Technology Support Manager before being promoted to Director of IT Support in 2023.
Jennifer Spray's education history includes a period at The University of New Mexico in 2002-2003, where they studied Information Technology. Jennifer then attended ITT Technical Institute-Albuquerque from 2004 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a certification in CSM from Scrum Alliance through Trailhead by Salesforce.
