Hope Sousa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social services, marketing, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Home Care Scheduler at PACE Organization of Rhode Island, Hope effectively manages the scheduling of CNAs and Homemakers while communicating participant needs with the Home Care Manager. Prior roles include Enrollment Associate at PACE, where responsibilities involved coordinating intake assessments and community outreach, and marketing roles at Circles of Wisdom, focusing on social media strategies and brand awareness. Advocacy experience encompasses supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence at Bridges, providing LGBTQ+ support at Sojourner House, and engaging in civic education at the University of Rhode Island. Hope holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, and Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
