Bao Nguyen, MS, PCC, ITCA-P, is a seasoned leadership and team coach with extensive experience in emotional intelligence, motivational speaking, and learning and development consulting. Since August 2018, Bao has operated as a self-employed professional while concurrently serving as a member of the International Coach Federation. Bao has held roles as a leadership and personal development trainer with several organizations, including PACE Institute of Management and on a freelance basis. Previous experience includes working as an internal leadership coach at ManpowerGroup, and various leadership positions at Nielsen and Synovate, progressing from retailer vertical solutions to senior management roles. Bao holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Chonnam National University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Vietnam National University, HCMC.
