Fred Hughes is an experienced manager with a robust background in operations and finance within the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Used Truck Center Manager at PACCAR Financial Corp., Fred is responsible for re-marketing PACCAR equipment to both dealer networks and independent dealers. Previously, Fred held positions such as Fleet Liaison Manager at Peterbilt Motors Company, and Senior Manager of Operations at Safran and Zodiac Aerospace, where responsibilities included managing delivery and revenue objectives, overseeing budgeting and cost reductions, and continuously improving operations. Fred’s extensive career at PACCAR began in various roles, culminating as Area Operations Manager, overseeing significant teams and operations. Fred earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas Woman's University.
