Robert O'Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and property management. Currently serving as a Senior Maintenance Project Manager and Maintenance Manager at Pacaso, Robert focuses on ensuring exceptional maintenance support for homes in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas. Previously, Robert worked as a Real Estate Agent at Compass, specializing in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee real estate. Prior to that, Robert held roles at Tahoe Luxury Properties, overseeing transactions and coordinating inspections, as well as contributing to operations. Robert began a career in hospitality at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, where responsibilities ranged from managing banquet services to overseeing restaurant operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University, Chico.
