Joanna Brown, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as the Head of People at Pabulum Ltd since April 2023. Previously, Joanna held the position of HR Business Partner at Close Brothers for the entirety of 2022 and worked as People & Culture Manager, UK at Vorwerk Group from September 2019 to November 2021. Joanna's experience includes roles as HR and People Manager at VIVUP, HR Consultant at EmployLaw Ltd, and HR Manager at Global Being Group, focusing on various HR functions such as policy design, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. Joanna's earlier career includes significant HR management roles at Earth Environmental Services and recruitment specialist positions at Atkins, Interserve Working Futures, and Oakleaf Partnership Limited. Joanna holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Language from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2002.
