Harel Bassan currently serves as a Shaliach for both The Jewish Agency for Israel and the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston since August 2022. In addition, Harel has been a volunteer at PAAMONIM, focusing on financial planning, since November 2021. Prior experience includes a student position in the Economics and Budget department at the Israeli Ministry of Education from October 2021 to April 2022, contributing to the "Gefen" Project aimed at enhancing flexibility for principals. Harel also worked as a counselor at Yftach, a boarding school for at-risk teens, from August 2019 to July 2021. Harel holds a Bachelor of Education in Business Teacher Education from Kibbutzim College, completed in 2022.
