Reg Kheraj is an experienced professional specializing in inclusion and diversity, currently serving as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity at PA Consulting since June 2022. Previously, Kheraj held roles at the Financial Conduct Authority as a Diversity and Inclusion Lead Specialist, and at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP as a Senior Inclusion & Diversity Advisor. A significant part of Kheraj's career was spent at Stonewall, where expertise in LGBT diversity and inclusion was developed. Earlier roles included positions in sales and yachting, with early career experiences as a legal intern and various yachting instructor roles. Reg Kheraj holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, a GDL in Law from The University of Law, and a Yachtmaster Offshore qualification from UKSA.
