Constantino "Dino" Heckermann has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as a Community Affairs Specialist-Police at the Carol Stream Police Department since August 2018. With a background that includes roles as a Security Specialist at P4 Security Solutions LLC and an Adjunct Faculty Professor at Judson University since 2003, Heckermann specializes in instructing law enforcement professionals on Community Oriented Policing and related topics. Previous experience includes a 30-year tenure at the Village of Streamwood as a Police Sergeant, where innovative practices fostered agency growth, as well as positions as a Police Academy Instructor at the College of Dupage-Suburban Law Enforcement Academy and a Security Consultant at Securitas Security Services. Heckermann holds a Master's degree in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management from Judson University.
