Paulina Grudnik has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Ludger Limited in 2012. Paulina then undertook an internship at Verba Med in 2015 before working as a receptionist at Lagardere Travel Retail from November 2015 to April 2016. Paulina joined P2i in 2016 as a Research and Development Technician and later worked as an R&D Technician at The Native Antigen Company from November 2017 to June 2018. Paulina returned to P2i in 2018 and held various positions including Product Applications Engineer, Technical Engagement Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Applications since January 2021.

Paulina Grudnik obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie in 2013. Paulina then pursued a Master's Degree in Chromatography at the same university, completing it in 2015.
