Anna Volokha is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager currently employed at P2H since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing multiple remote teams, establishing workflows, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and overseeing product development from conception to release. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a Project Manager at Sky Tech, implementing Scrum and Kanban frameworks and managing overall project development. Anna's career began as a Marketing Specialist at Master Service, followed by a position as Chief Editor at FiD. Anna holds a Specialist degree in Project and Program Management from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'.
