Orilea Chase, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 1995, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various positions. As a Call Manager, they provided first contact support for premium high availability clients and managed escalations. As a Technical Support Specialist, they excelled in troubleshooting and remote fixing of PC, network, and HP application environment issues. Orilea was recognized as a top performer in customer satisfaction. As a Business Process Analyst, they developed and deployed workflow delivery processes and improved Service Level Agreement adherence on high-risk accounts. As a Senior Project Manager, they created and deployed global standard pursuit processes, tools, and knowledge sharing platforms, as well as implemented improved client management processes and risk assessment tools.

In 2007, Orilea started their own business as an Independent Project Management Consultant at Kingston Stone, Inc. In this role, they supported complex client implementation projects by creating detailed project plans and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Projects included workflow and process redesign, as well as implementing new systems with user training.

From 2013 to 2017, Orilea worked at Staff Connection, Inc. as a Recruiter, Technical Support, and Project Coordinator.

Finally, since 2017, Orilea has been with P1 Technologies, where they initially worked as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Client Engagement Manager.

Orilea Chase, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA between the years 1991 and 1994. Orilea then attended Kennesaw State University from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Information Systems. Orilea also holds additional certifications, including a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the UCLA Alumni Association, as well as the Project Management Professional certification from institution 11352. The specific months and years they obtained these certifications are not provided.
