Jennifer Kohl currently serves as the FMO Program Administrator at P1 Service, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Human Resources Director at Neuvant House of Lawrence from January 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included supervising staff growth, enhancing HR efficiency, and implementing 401k plans and new HRIS systems. In addition, Jennifer has experience as an Insurance Producer at Skeet Insurance and as a Marketing Representative while self-employed, focusing on grant proposals for municipal park developments. Jennifer's career began at the City of Basehor, where Jennifer worked as a Police Lieutenant for over thirteen years, overseeing officer management, training, and recruitment processes. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Public Administration from Columbia College.
