Yana Yatsuk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR at OZON.ru since October 2021, Yana has previously held positions such as Deputy HR Director at TASS from April 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading compensation and benefits, recruiting, and learning and development initiatives. Prior to TASS, Yana worked as an HR Business Partner at CTC Media, Inc. from 2012 to March 2017 and as a Learning and Development Manager at PwC from 2008 to 2012. Yana holds a degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University, completed between 2003 and 2008.
