Elena Andreeva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as the Chief Accountant at Mobil until 2000. Following that, they joined Accenture as a Finance Director, overseeing finance, accounting, office operations, and participating in various projects until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Elena served as the Finance Director at BDO Unicon, managing finance and accounting departments and implementing new management operating models. Elena then joined PwC as the Director of Infrastructure and Procurement, where they managed a team of professionals, oversaw real estate, facility management, procurement, travel, transport, hospitality, archiving, and security until 2016. Elena held the position of Director of the Department at Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS) from 2016 to 2019. Finally, they served as the Director of Workplace Solutions & Digital Technologies for Office at Colliers from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Elena is the Head of Strategy Development of Infrastructure at OZON.ru.

Elena Andreeva obtained a Master's degree in Finance Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation between 1997 and 2000. Elena also holds a Master's degree in mathematics from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Elena has an additional certification as a Certified Accountant RAS.
