Norman Beasley has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Norman started their career in 2002 as a Laborer at Ruane Construction, where they worked until 2011. Norman then joined Welsch Ready Mix in 2014 as a Sales Representative, where they worked until 2017. After that, they served as the Plant Manager at Grundy Redi-Mix from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Representative at Ozinga, which they started in March 2019.

From 2006 to 2007, Norman Beasley attended Moraine Valley Community College to study Estimating.
