Courtney Gale has over 13 years of nursing experience at Ozarks Medical Center, currently serving as a Clinical Nursing Manager and Educator for Clinics, as well as the Neuroscience Practice Manager. In this role, Courtney oversees operations for various specialties including Orthopedics, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Neurology. Previous positions include RN Clinics Practice Manager for Internal Medicine, Pain Management, and Rheumatology, as well as roles such as Nurse Supervisor and Specialty Clinics Coordinator, focusing on strategic planning and clinical education. Courtney began nursing career in 2005, working as an Orthopedic Nurse and later a Plastic Surgery Nurse and Internal Medicine Nurse. Educational background includes an ASN in Registered Nursing from Missouri State University and a Practical Nursing degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
