Cynthia Okwudiafor is a skilled professional with a diverse background in operations, management, and strategy within various industries. Currently serving as Global Benefits Manager at Oyster® since January 2022, Cynthia has also held roles as Program Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Synergy and Strategy Planning Manager at Saroafrica International Ltd, where responsibilities involved strategy planning, execution, and process improvement. Earlier roles encompass data analytics work at ISN MEDICAL, power procurement and regulatory functions at Eko Electricity Distribution Plc, and project engineering at Baker Hughes. Cynthia’s educational background features an MBA from Lagos Business School, a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering with Business Skills from The University of Sheffield, and an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.
