Currently serving as Head of Global Technology Support at OYO since December 2019, Pratap previously held roles including Chief Operating Officer and CTO at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included managing P&L, driving company growth, and overseeing IT operations. Pratap co-founded Goibibo, significantly contributing to its IT infrastructure and customer satisfaction metrics. Earlier experiences include managerial roles at Hughes Software Systems Limited and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on systems engineering and technology support. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Pune, and a program completed at Harvard Business School in 2009, Pratap possesses a strong educational foundation to complement professional achievements.
