Siti Fatimah R R is a User Experience Researcher currently employed at OY! Indonesia since June 2022, where Siti conducts end-to-end research utilizing various methods, including interviews and online experiments. Previously, Siti worked at SIGMATech for a year as a User Experience Researcher, contributing to projects for IBID, and held a freelance research position at Waste4Change. Earlier experience includes a User Experience Researcher role at Mamikos.com and an internship in talent acquisition at Bizzy Indonesia, where Siti assisted in the recruitment process and customer service. Siti began a career in research with Dinas Psikologi TNI Angkatan Udara, aiding in psychological testing. Siti holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta and a Diploma in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Negeri Malang.
