Simon Simbolon currently serves as the Head of Product at OY! Indonesia since September 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Product Manager. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Shipper as a Senior Product Manager from April 2020 to September 2021, and at Bukalapak as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager from February 2016 to April 2020. Simon's career began at PT. ValueStream International, where responsibilities included leading backend engineering and system architecture from August 2009 to January 2016, focusing on the development and maintenance of a core financial system handling an average of 10 million transactions monthly and processing around 1 trillion IDR ($750 million) in payments. Simon holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2012 and 2009, respectively.
