Prior to that, Zivile was the Lead HR Business Partner at Tesonet, contributing to the growth of innovative tech projects. Zivile's early career included roles such as Assistant to the CEO at NFQ and Human Resources Specialist at Limedika, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, employee relations, and the implementation of HR strategies.
