Nicole Hoverson has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Nicole worked at Oxygen Service Company from 2014 onwards, starting as a Human Resources Generalist in 2014, then becoming the Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2018, and finally advancing to the position of Human Resources Director from 2019 onwards. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Nicole also gained experience in staffing and intake specialist roles at ManpowerGroup from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Nicole worked as a Student Assistant at Winona State University from 2009 to 2011, and previously held a Customer Service Representative position at Mason Companies from 2007 to 2011.

Nicole Hoverson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Winona State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
