Lisa leads Consulting Services for Oxygen. She focuses on growing the Experience Design, Consulting and Creative Studio practice areas, while keeping them rooted in Oxygen’s core values: creativity, inclusion, and compassion. She is driven by challenges and committed to excellence.
Before Oxygen, Lisa built a career in market research and insights. Most recently, she generated insights to drive customer growth for some of the world’s most powerful and recognizable brands as the Portfolio Lead in the Retail, Goods & Services sector for C Space. Earlier in her career she led several consumer insights initiatives for The TJX Companies including advertising testing, global brand health tracking, store redesign, and brand differentiation and purpose for T.J. Maxx and Marshalls. Before that, Lisa gained experience in client services management, product development, and product marketing during her tenure at Forrester Research overseeing a syndicated B2B data offering for technology vendors.
In her free time, you can find her embracing the seasons of the Midwest with her husband and toddler—biking the rail trails, strolling the farmer’s market, sledding, or iceskating. Her happy place is a lake view, a cup of coffee or glass of wine in hand (even better!)
