Tia Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, performance analysis, and communication strategy. Currently serving as Lead Learning and Development Strategist and Team Manager at AT&T since October 2015, Tia has excelled in various roles including Senior Training Manager Design and Performance Lead, focusing on accelerating organizational performance through data analytics and curriculum creation. In addition to current roles at HACEMOS and oxyGEN ERG as National Executive Director of Communication and Deputy Chief of Staff respectively, Tia has held positions at T-Mobile and BrightStar Care. Tia's educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, expected completion in August 2024, and initial studies in Biochemistry at Newman University.
