Karl Wolohan is the Founder and CEO of Oxygen Consulting since November 2021. Previously, Karl served in various leadership roles at IHS Markit from June 2015 to November 2021, including Managing Director of the Integration Management Office, where Karl led integration planning for a multi-billion-dollar joint venture between MarkitSERV and CME. Karl also managed the Credit Migration Program with a budget of $50 million, focusing on migrating Credit and FX market infrastructure to modern cloud technology, and oversaw global operations for a team of 200, supporting 20,000 users across 2,500 clients. Karl's career began at Salomon Smith Barney and DRKW, with a focus on technology and systems engineering. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
