Jérome Marzinski, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and leadership roles. Jérome is currently the Chief Executive Officer at OxSonics Therapeutics since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board at Cimon Medical starting in September 2022. Jérome also served as a Board Member at Cimon Medical since December 2020 and acted as the Interim CEO from December 2021 to September 2022.

Jérome completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University, the Trium Global Executive MBA program, HEC Paris, and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they hold a Master's degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994.
