Nitin M. serves as a Fractional CFO at Oxide Computer Company and has held multiple positions as an Interim CFO and Fractional CFO at various VC-backed companies, including Anaconda, Inc. and Rockbot, since 2023. Nitin is the founder of Acctuate, providing interim and fractional CFO services to technology companies since 2019, and co-founded Potomac Crest Partners, where Nitin is the Managing Partner. Nitin has also served as a Board Advisor at Tessera Venture Partners and has experience as an Interim CFO at CouponFollow, which was acquired by System1 in March 2022. Nitin holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Michigan.
