Shawntel Ridgle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of Oxi Fresh since June 2022, Shawntel ensures operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In addition, Shawntel holds multiple leadership roles at Napa Valley College, including Director of Continuing Education & Community Partnerships, Director of Career Pathways, and Director of the Child Development Center. Previous positions include Center Director and Assistant Center Director at Bright Horizons, as well as Infant/Toddler Program Coordinator at Frandelja Enrichment Center and Teacher at San Francisco Head Start. Shawntel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Capella University, expected to complete in June 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University.
