Karla Draper is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Oxfordshire Mind since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karla was a People Partner at Goodlord from September 2021 to June 2022 and has held multiple positions at HelloFresh, including Head of Operations Support and HR Manager, from August 2016 to September 2021. Karla's early career included roles at Coventry Building Society from June 2010 to August 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant HR Advisor to HR Administrator. With a background in customer service and debt collection at DLC, Karla is also pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Coventry University.
