Deborah Kurilchyk is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in teaching, curriculum development, and environmental outreach. Currently serving as a substitute teacher at both Rosary Academy and Santa Margarita Catholic High School, as well as an English tutor at Oxford Tutoring since September 2018, Deborah also operates as a principal consultant in a self-employed capacity. Deborah's previous roles include consulting for the Santiago Retreat Center, assisting the Archivist at the Diocese of Orange, and managing environmental outreach at Southern California Edison for over two decades. With advanced degrees in Public Administration, Theology, and Secondary Education, along with certifications in Air Quality Management, Deborah possesses a strong educational foundation complemented by leadership experience in various organizations such as the OC Department of Education and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
